Basement Sessions: Live Jazz & Vinyl

A small room, a live trio, and a host who plays the records that shaped the set.

Live MusicMusic

1 / 8

Some rooms are built for listening. This is one of them: a low ceiling, a small stage, and a crowd that came for the music rather than the bar.

The shape of the night

  • An opening set from a live trio or quartet
  • A short break with records picked by your host
  • A second set that stretches out into longer solos

Good to know

Seating is unassigned and the room fills from the front. Tickets cover both sets, and the bar stays open throughout.

For participants

Arrive before the first set starts, as latecomers disturb a listening room. Keep conversation low while the band plays. Photography without flash is welcome. Guests must be of legal drinking age where alcohol is served, and the venue may ask for photo ID.
