Eat Your Way Through One Roof

Food halls pack dozens of kitchens under a single roof, and this experience turns that sprawl into a guided tasting route. Your host hands you a tasting passport — a simple card stamped at each stop — and leads a small group from counter to counter over roughly two and a half hours.

Expect five bite-sized servings chosen to contrast with each other:

  • A savory opener from a grill or griddle station
  • A fresh or pickled plate for contrast
  • A hand-held street-style snack
  • A sweet finish
  • A drink pairing at one stop

Between tastings, your host explains how the hall operates, how vendors source and price their food, and which counters locals queue for. Vegetarian and alcohol-free versions are available on request.

Groups stay small, so there is room to ask questions and compare favorites. Come hungry, keep an open mind, and leave with a stamped passport and a shortlist of stalls worth revisiting on your own.
