Hands in the Dough: Pasta From Scratch
Flour, eggs, and a rolling pin, and you leave with pasta you made yourself.
Cooking
1 / 8
Pasta is one of the few things that is genuinely better the first time you make it. You will mix, knead, rest, and roll your own dough, then cut it into two shapes and cook what you made.
What you will make
- A basic egg dough, mixed and kneaded by hand
- A long ribbon shape, rolled and cut
- A filled shape, folded and sealed
- A simple sauce to go with both
Good to know
All ingredients and equipment are provided, and you take home whatever you do not eat. The class runs about two and a half hours.

For participants
Come with clean hands and hair tied back, and wear clothes you do not mind dusting with flour. No cooking experience is needed. Tell the host about egg allergies or a gluten intolerance at least three days ahead, as the dough is built around both.
