Manual Brew Methods Masterclass
Compare pour-over, immersion, pressure and stovetop brewing side by side, then dial in your own perfect cup with a host who lives for coffee.
Coffee
Brew Better, Every Morning
Four brewers, one bag of beans and a table of curious people — this hands-on masterclass turns your daily coffee routine into something you actually look forward to.
You will work through the classic manual methods side by side: pour-over, immersion press, pressure brewing and stovetop moka. For each one, your host explains grind size, water temperature, ratio and timing, then you brew your own cup and taste the difference straight away.
- Grind, dose and water ratio — why small changes matter
- Pouring technique and how to keep extraction even
- Reading a cup: sour, bitter or balanced
- Simple recipes you can repeat at home without special gear
Expect a relaxed, social session with plenty of sipping, comparing and note swapping. No barista experience needed — beginners and curious tinkerers are equally welcome. Bring your questions, a mug if you are attached to one, and leave with a repeatable recipe card for every method you tried.
