Market Halls & Hidden Bites

Five stalls, five small plates, and the stories behind the people running them.

Hidden GemsStreet Food

1 / 7

Market halls reward people who know where to stop. On this walk you skip the queues and go straight to five stalls your host buys from personally, tasting a small plate at each.

What you will eat

  • Something cured or smoked from the charcuterie counter
  • A hot plate cooked to order at the griddle
  • Cheese chosen to finish the savoury half
  • A bite of something sweet from the pastry stall

How it runs

Tastings are arranged with each vendor ahead of time, so there is no waiting in line. Your host introduces the person behind each counter and explains what makes their version different.

For participants

Come hungry but pace yourself, as tastings are generous and spread across five stops. Wear shoes you can stand in for two hours. Vegetarian options are available if requested at booking, and guests with restricted diets should message the host in advance.
