Eat Like a Local, One Stall at a Time
Street food is the fastest way to understand a place. On this small-group walking tour, a local guide leads you through busy lanes and quiet corners where the queues are long and the recipes are old. You will eat where residents eat, not where the tour buses stop.
Expect six to eight tastings across a relaxed route of roughly two to three hours. Along the way your guide explains what is in each dish, how it is made, and why it matters to the neighbourhood.
- Savouries, sweets and drinks from family-run stalls
- Stories about markets, migration and everyday food culture
- Tips on ordering, portion sizes and what to try next
Please note: tastings are included in the price. Routes are flexible and can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly diets when requested in advance. Comfortable shoes are recommended, and the walk covers a moderate distance with plenty of stops.
