Report content
If something on TripMeet breaks the rules — an abusive review, a misleading activity, a profile using someone else's photos — you can report it.
What you can report
- A review or a reply
- An activity (description, photos, or something that happened during the session)
- A user profile
How to report
- Use the report link next to the content, where one is shown.
- If there is no link, open Help & Support → My tickets and choose the type Content report.
- Link the content you are reporting — this is required.
- Describe what is wrong, and attach a screenshot if it helps (up to 3 files, images or PDF).
- Submit.
What happens next
- Your report becomes a ticket you can track.
- Content that may break the rules goes through a content review; if it is confirmed, it is removed and no longer publicly visible.
- You receive an email when the report is resolved, including the outcome where we are able to share it.
Reports are confidential — the person whose content you report is not told who reported it.
When reporting something urgent
If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first. For anything on the platform that needs immediate attention, submit the ticket and mark it clearly in the title ("urgent"). We pick those up ahead of the queue.
Common questions
Can I report anonymously? Your report is tied to your account so we can follow up, but your name is not shared with the person you reported.
Will the content disappear straight away? Not always. Content is reviewed first; it is removed once the report is confirmed.
Can I report the same thing twice? Add to your existing ticket instead — duplicate reports slow the review down.
