Booking
How do I book an activity? Pick a date and a session on the activity page, choose how many people, then pay within 15 minutes. → Book and pay
Can I book several spots at once? Yes — set the number of people when you book. Each booking covers one session. → Book and pay
Why is my order still "awaiting confirmation"? The host has 24 hours to accept it. If they do not respond in time, it is rejected and refunded. → Find your orders
Money
Can I cancel and get a refund? Yes, up to 24 hours before the session starts; while the order is awaiting confirmation you can always cancel with a full refund. → Cancel your booking and get a refund
How long does a refund take? We issue it immediately; your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually a few business days. → Cancel your booking and get a refund
Which currency am I charged in? Prices can be displayed in your currency, but the charge is settled in USD. → Choose language, currency and city
Price shows "+tax" — what is that? Prices are before tax. Tax is calculated from the meeting point's location and shown separately at checkout. → Understand an activity page
Account
I didn't get the sign-in code. Check spam, confirm the address, then request a new code — only the newest one works. → Can't sign in
How do I hide my age or gender? Each item has its own privacy switch, off by default. → Who can see what
How do I delete my account? Settings → Account security → Delete account. There is a 14-day window in which you can change your mind. → Delete your account
Hosting
How much commission does TripMeet take? A fixed percentage, shown on the payouts page. It is deducted at settlement, not at payment. → Payouts and settlement
When do I get paid? Eligible orders are grouped into batches and paid by bank transfer after approval, once the amount reaches the platform minimum. → Payouts and settlement
What happens if too few people book? If the minimum group size is not reached by the booking deadline, that session is cancelled and everyone is refunded. → Before you host
