Payouts and settlement
Money from bookings is paid out in batches by bank transfer. Open Payouts in the host center to see your account, your statements and the batches already paid.
Set up a payout account first
- Open Payouts and add your bank account details.
- Wait for approval. TripMeet reviews the account before any money is sent; if it is rejected you see the reason and can correct it.
- Changing the details later starts a new review — the previous account stays in use until the new one is approved.
How settlement works
- A booking becomes eligible after the activity has taken place, with no refund and with an approved payout account.
- TripMeet groups eligible orders into a batch. Each batch shows the orders, the commission taken, and the amount to pay.
- After the batch is approved, the money is transferred to your account and the transfer reference is recorded.
Commission is a fixed percentage of each order and is fixed at the moment the batch is created. The current rate is shown on the Payouts page.
Minimum payout: batches are paid out once the amount reaches the platform minimum (currently USD 50). Smaller amounts stay pending until they reach it.
Statements
Each batch produces a statement with the number of orders, the gross amount collected, the commission, the net amount paid, and any deductions. You have 30 days to raise a question about a statement; after that it is treated as accepted. Questions go through support.
Common questions
Why is a booking missing from my batch? It may not be completed yet, it may have been refunded, or your payout account may still be awaiting approval.
When do I get paid? Batches are prepared on a monthly cycle and paid after approval — the exact date depends on the transfer.
Are participants' taxes included? Where tax is collected from participants, it is shown separately on the statement; commission is calculated on the price before tax.
