Manage participants
Bookings appear in Orders — as a full list, grouped by date and session, or per session for a day-of roster.
Handling a booking
| Situation | What you do |
|---|---|
| The activity uses manual confirmation | Accept or reject each new booking within 24 hours; no response means it is rejected and refunded |
| The activity confirms automatically | Nothing — paid bookings are confirmed |
| Someone cannot attend and cancels | Nothing. Cancellations made before the deadline are refunded automatically |
| A participant did not turn up | Mark them as no-show within 24 hours after the session ends |
Marking a no-show
- Marking someone as not attended means no refund for that booking.
- You can only do it within 24 hours after the session ends. After that the booking is treated as attended.
- If a participant disputes it, the case goes to support and you may be asked for details.
Contacting participants
TripMeet does not share participants' contact details with hosts. Use the note a participant left with the booking, or ask support to relay a message for anything urgent (for example the meeting point moving).
Group size
- The maximum limits how many people can book; the remaining spots are shown on the activity page.
- The minimum decides whether a session goes ahead: not reached by the booking deadline means the session is cancelled and everyone refunded.
