Change dates and sessions

You can change the schedule of an activity you host as long as the sessions involved have not started.

What you can do

• Add dates and sessions — extra dates, or an extra time slot on an existing date.
• Edit a session's time, duration or price.
• Remove a session that has not started.

Open the activity, choose Schedule, and make the change.

What happens to people who already booked

Everyone with a booking on a changed session is notified by email. Their booking stays valid for the new time.

If you cancel a session that people have booked:

• Each affected participant chooses between another date and a full refund.
• The activity's other dates are unaffected.

Things to watch

• A session that has already started cannot be changed.
• Removing a session with bookings is a cancellation, not a silent deletion — participants must be able to choose.
• Changing the price affects new bookings only; existing orders keep the price they paid.
• Editing the activity's content (title, description, photos) takes it offline for review — that is separate from editing the schedule.
