Create an activity (the five steps)
The wizard has five steps. You can leave and come back — everything stays as a draft until you list the activity.
The five steps
| Step | What you do |
|---|---|
| 1. Experience | Pick the published experience your activity is based on, in your city |
| 2. Content | Title, description, photos |
| 3. Dates and sessions | Choose the dates, the start time of each session, the duration and the price |
| 4. Place and group size | Meeting point (with the map), minimum and maximum participants, booking deadline |
| 5. Preview and list | Check the preview, then select List to submit for review |
Things worth deciding early
- Price is per person. Tax, where it applies, is calculated from the meeting point's city and added at checkout.
- Minimum participants decides whether a session goes ahead: if it is not reached by the booking deadline, that session is cancelled automatically and everyone is refunded.
- Booking deadline can be set from 1 to 10 hours before the session starts — it is not the same as the start time.
- Last-minute booking, if you switch it on, keeps a session bookable after its deadline when the minimum has already been reached, right up to the start.
Common questions
Can I save without listing? Yes. Everything stays a draft, and drafts appear at the top of your activities list.
How long does review take? The automatic check is immediate; the human review depends on the queue.
Can I edit a live activity? Yes, but the activity goes offline and must pass review again before it returns.
