Finding and booking
Understand an activity page
An activity page is the full description: what you will do, when, where, how much, and who is hosting.
What the page tells you
| Section | What it means |
|---|---|
| Description | What happens during the activity, what is included, what to bring |
| Dates and times | Each date has one or more sessions. Times are shown in the activity's local time zone. |
| Price | Per person, before tax. If tax applies to the meeting location, a +tax marker appears and the exact amount is shown at checkout. |
| Group size | Minimum and maximum number of participants |
| Booking deadline | The cut-off for that session; it falls before the session starts |
| Meeting point | Address text plus a map link |
| Host | The person or team running it, with their other activities and reviews |
One booking covers one session. If an activity runs on several dates, you book a specific date — and a specific time when several sessions run that day. A multi-day activity is arranged as several bookable sessions.
Before you book
- Check the time zone: the times shown are local to the activity, not to where you are now.
- Check the booking deadline, which is earlier than the start time.
- Read the cancellation terms shown above the booking button.
Common questions
Can I book two dates at once? No — each booking is for one session. Repeat the booking for another date.
Why does the price say "From"? Cards show the lowest price across sessions. The exact price for the session you choose appears on the activity page.
What does +tax mean? Prices are listed before tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated from the meeting location and shown as a separate line at checkout.
